About me

Designing for the moments
that actually matter

I'm a Staff Product Designer based in Brooklyn, NY with 10 years of experience building products at the intersection of healthcare, fintech, and enterprise. I'm drawn to the hardest, most consequential design problems — where getting it right changes how people navigate their health, money, or care.

Right now I'm leading design for the Data Team at Hospital for Special Surgery, shaping tools that help clinicians and researchers make sense of complex orthopedic data at scale.

Design as a strategic function

I work upstream

Before wireframes, I want to understand the problem space — what's the job to be done, who's affected, and what does success actually look like? I push for clarity on strategy before committing to solutions.

I partner, not just present

The best design outcomes come from real collaboration with engineering, data, and product. I embed with those teams — not just hand off deliverables — so decisions are made together.

I care about evidence

Intuition matters, but so does data. I ground design decisions in user research, usability testing, and outcome metrics — and I stay curious about what the numbers reveal after launch.

I raise the bar, not just the output

At staff level, impact compounds. I focus on building practices — systems, rituals, critique culture — that make the whole team better over time, not just shipping my own projects.
